Ca' del Borgo is a splendid 15th century Palace. It was the residence of Venetian nobles, who enjoyed the beautiful location and its mild winter and cool summer climate.

It is finely furnished in Venetian style with all comforts, an internal courtyard and a boathouse for motorboats. You will get the feel of how the Venetians lived in bygone times. It is very near a Roman bridge with a beautiful renovated wet dock, from where rowing boats departed in ancient times laden with vegetables and fish for the Venetians.

Ca' del Borgo and Casa Alberti have a private pier and provide a motorboat for trips within the Lagoon and a shuttle service for moving around on the island.
Venice historical centre (Saint Mark Square) is reachable in about 15 minutes.

The two Villas are also just a few steps from the sea with access to the rocks by way of a short path.
