The Cà del Moro Sporting Club (with swimming pool, tennis and physical fitness facilities) and the Riding School(with covered ring and sand/grass yards) are also reachable in few minutes.

The beaches of Alberoni and Lido, the Fishing grounds and wildlife areas are all nearby; Ca' del Borgo is just a few steps from the sea with access to the rocks by way of the walls and to the sandy beaches by way of the bicycle paths.

Ca' del Borgo and Casa Alberti have a private pier and provide a motorboat for trips within the Lagoon and a shuttle service for moving around on the island.
Venice historical centre (Saint Mark Square) is reachable in about 15 minutes.

The two Villas are also just a few steps from the sea with access to the rocks by way of a short path.
